Mission
The Stanford Mixology Club aims to connect students across campus with a shared interest in learning about the art, history, and science of drink-making. We aim to connect the Stanford community through engaging events, including workshops on fermentation of non-alcoholic drinks, drink-making techniques, and seasonal Californian ingredients, as well as social gatherings featuring non-alcoholic fermented drinks. By exploring the historical roots of drinks—from apothecaries to modern mixology—and hosting expert speakers, we foster curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections across campus.
